HOTEL NEUVICE
IN BRIEF
This pretty boutique hotel is located in the trendy Neuvice district of Liege.
The emblematic street is full of local producers and creators. There is everything from decoration and design to delicatessens, butchers and restaurants. The façade of the hotel blends in with the brick decor of the street. The hotel offers 12 rooms of different standards, a pretty inner courtyard, a breakfast room in the vaulted cellars and a bar open to all.
The decoration of the Neuvice Hotel is authentic and sober. It combines stone, wood, glass and metal.
THE HOST - THE SERVICE
The hotel offers hearty, local breakfasts, and whenever possible the products of local artisans in Neuvice or are organic.
There is also a bar open to all. Ideal for sipping a glass of wine or a beer in the inner courtyard of the hotel (short wine list offered by Vintrépides en Neuvice, choice of local beers. Charcuterie or cheese boards)
We met Gaetane during our stay. At the head of this charming hotel, she makes sure that each of her guests has a pleasant stay in Neuvice,
SUSTAINABILITY
Gaetane is environmentally conscious and has made a real commitment to running her hotel in a way that reduces her carbon footprint:
Nuxe "Reve de Miel" soap refill
Here are a few examples: the cleaning products used most of the time are vinegar, bicarbonate of soda (essential oils for perfume) and black or Marseille soap.
Energy consumption is optimised through the installation of heat pumps, double flow ventilation and floor and wall heating throughout and rainwater recovery for flushing toilets
THE LITTLE EXTRA
This inner courtyard surrounded by local stone walls is our favourite
A guided tour of the historic centre is organised every first Sunday of the month by an art historian (1h30)
Stay tuned, the hotel will soon be expanding and will offer more family rooms, a restaurant and a wellness area! Project to follow!
