Completely renovated in 2018, this former presbytery is nestled on a 5.5 hectare estate in the small rural village of Conneux. The holiday rental combines charm, authenticity, conviviality and comfort. What else do you want for a stay with friends or family in the Belgian countryside?
Although there are many large rooms for groups, the holiday home is also designed so that each room can have its own privacy and identity. The beautiful Condroz region of Namur is full of tourist and sporting activities.
THE HOST - THE SERVICE
Marie-Noëlle and Serge, the couple behind this project and also neighbours of the gite, were charmed by this former presbytery a few years ago. They decided to renovate the building and succeeded in creating a very friendly and warm place. They will welcome you when you arrive. Marie-Noëlle's experience as an interior decorator has enabled her to think about the decoration conscientiously in terms of the materials used and the place of each object she has found. 4 double rooms, 1 dormitory room for 4, various lounges and common areas, the space is large (+ baby equipment). The bedding is of high quality and sheets are provided for all travellers.
SUSTAINABILITY
The renovation was carried out using materials of quality in order to last over time and to save energy. Marie-Noëlle and Serge encourage their guests to sort their waste.
THE LITTLE EXTRA
On arrival, you will be offered a welcome pack including homemade apple juice, homemade jam or a bouquet of seasonal flowers from the garden. For the record, the name "Le Martin Voyageur" comes from the unusual presence of the "Kingfisher" breed of birds near the ponds located near the holiday home.

Depending on the season and the length of the stay: low season (from 820€/weekend), mid season (from 995€) and high season (from 1085€)
