Close to Wavre, Brussels and Leuven, the luxurious and modern guesthouse is nestled in the middle of the park of the Huldenberg castle. Entirely renovated more than 8 years ago, the house used to be an abandoned paper mill annex. Today it houses 7 bedrooms, a generous living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a terrace and a spa, all overlooking the magnificent park and its river.
The entrance of the guest room invites you into the open breakfast room, next to the design kitchen. Katia and Thierry, the hosts at the origin of this little paradise, designed most of the restoration and the decoration of the place themselves. They were also inspired by the architect Michel Penneman and the Brussels architectural office "Wave". The design and modern furniture blend harmoniously with the historical and authentic furniture from the castle. The rooms are large, uncluttered, nicely decorated and offer an assortment of quality beauty products. But the great luxury of these rooms is probably their complete calm. You will have to open two doors in a row before entering your room. Panels have also been placed in the walls. "No risk of hearing your neighbour snoring" Katia whispers to us.
At B&B Park 7, you'll be taken care of. The proof is that two thirds of their guests come back more than once. The service is personalized, Katia is open and knows everyone's wishes and desires. However, it is not possible to take advantage of the kitchen and the living room for dinner, at the risk of disturbing other people. Katia and Thierry highly recommend different restaurants such as Spaans Dak for dinner and Cuit for lunch. The spa (sauna & hammam) is available and privatisable for two for the sum of 30 euro, with a view of the park.
The Little Extra
It is possible to privatize the entire B&B and organize a dinner. The catering company, Choux de Bruxelles, will take care of serving you its renowned services.
The Bed and Breakfast is situated on the path of many cycling routes, bikers are more than welcome to make a stop on their trip and stay the night. There is a bike parking on site. You can also rent bikes from a local shop nearby.
