THE ATMOSPHERE
Located in the vibrant district where young artists, local entrepreneurs and restaurants migrate, the former warehouse of the brewery De Koninck is not to be missed. In addition to its modern facade from the outside, YUST also intrigues the eye of passers-by through the windows. Indeed, the friendly and the subdued atmosphere have piqued our curiosity. It was inevitable not to enter: we were quickly won over by the smell of amber and the trendy, relaxed atmosphere. Some were eating or having a coffee and chatting, others were working at a co-working table or in one of the meeting rooms. In this lobby, there are plants, music, games, books, a reception and a self-check-in kiosk, in short everything to fill us and live the YUST "Young Urban Style" experience.
THE HOTEL
YUST opened its doors in spring 2019 as a flexible accommodation concept. It welcomes single travelers in its 8-person dormitories as well as couples and families for short stays and long-term travelers. In total, the building has 98 units including dormitories, standard and deluxe rooms, suites and even lofts for an extended stay. All of them are covered with terrazzo and decorated in a modern, young and design style. YUST is not only an accommodation, it also organizes multiple events, such as the openings of Belgian artists, rooftop parties, yoga sessions and more. And finally, YUST is also a restaurant sourcing healthy, local and organic food.
THE SERVICE
The restaurant, the rooftop and the meeting rooms are accessible for both residents and non-residents.
The products and accessories in the rooms are where possible, sustainable and ecological, such as the care products of the White Scandinavian brand. Some of these accessories, such as blankets, are also available in their shop. Let's not forget to mention the free and accessible fitness center for hotel guests. For those who stay for a longer period of time, washing machines are available.

We met two young, relaxed and very nice young women: the manager of YUST and the marketing manager. Both of them took the time to explain and show us the concept.

On average: 25€/bed in a dormitory, 100€ for a deluxe room, 130€ for a suite room (breakfast not included - 10,5€/person)

98 units (20 hotel rooms including our 3 family rooms (4persons) and 12 hostel rooms (8 persons). The rest is all Longstay apartments.),
